Training and Development
There are more training & development opportunities available at AAL in terms of the different training programs conducted by AAL. Although these programs are primarily a product offered by AAL, but this forum provides a good learning enhancement ground for our own personnel as well.
Career Path
AAL has a very clear career path carved out for its executives.However, what is more important to mount up the ladder is a superior performance than mere work experience in terms of years.There are examples when people are promoted to the next level within a year, which normally takes at least two years. Therefore, going up the hierarchy completely depends on one’s performance.
